 A Full-time Wedding Coordinator allows you to sit back and relax while the coordinator plans the minuet details of the Wedding.

A Full-Time Wedding Coordinator at your service by email, phone, text message, or scheduled appointment any time during normal business hours; however, I am available after hours for emergency purposes only.

Services begin up to 1 year prior to date (additional months can be purchased.)

​

Confirm the pertinent details of your "must haves", the wedding theme, styles, and colors 

​

Research to provide numerous choices of venues and vendors, a DJ, cake designers, florists, etc., that meets the needs of the couple for their special day. Final decisions will be made by the bride & groom based on the information provided. 

Meet & greet with the POC and site visits at venues

​

Per request, the coordinator will accompany the bride with up to 2 appointments each for cake tasting, catering, and dress shopping

​

The coordinator can assist with wedding attire selections, music, program designs, and other aspects of planning. 

​

Assist with wording for the wedding invitations and programs, 

Customize the wedding rehearsal, direct the order of service for the ceremony and reception to include entertainment

​

Ensure that the bride is stress-free as possible!!

A Partial-Planning Wedding Coordinator allows the couple to have hands on with their planning. You get to do your best and the Coordinator does the rest.

Services includes the following:

 Free initial consultation

​

Services starts up to 6 months prior to the event date (additional hours can be purchased)

​

This service can provide the names for up to 2 vendors to include a DJ, bakery, or live florist, but it does not include research for venues, decorators, caterers or other services. 

​

Once venue is confirmed, do a meet and greet with the POC

​

Confirm the pertinent details of your "must haves", the wedding theme, styles and colors 

​

Assist with music selections 

​

Customize the rehearsal and direct the order of services for the wedding and reception to include games and entertainment. 

​

Per request, the coordinator will attend 1 appointment each with the bride for catering menu selection or a cake tasting session.

Ensure that the bride is stress-free as possible!!

A Day-Of Planner is ideal for all savvy and detailed oriented brides. You can select all of your vendors and venue and plan your entire special day from start to finish. You will manage and remain as the point of contact for all selected vendors up to 2 months prior to the wedding date.

Confirm pertinent details of your wedding to include the venue, vendors, wedding theme, style, and colors

At 2 months prior to the event date,  I will contact your selected vendors, do a site visit at the confirmed venue and become the POC until the wedding day.

​​Event and party planning can include an array of ideas. Based on the type of event and what it entails is the determining factor for pricing. The cost may vary based on the event, the theme, and décor needed. Your initial consultation is free.  

As your event Decorator, you have a vision, I bring it to fruition. Whatever the occasion, to include anniversaries, vow renewals, baby showers, or birthday parties, etc., we can create and design for your special day. Lace or lilies, candelabras or bling, we can fit your fancy. The cost for decorations is based on the items used, the location, and time allotted for decorating your event.   

Silk floral arrangements and centerpieces:

I will design and create silk flower arrangements for the bride and bridal party to include bouquets, boutonnieres with choices of numerous styles and colors, corsages, add spark to the flower girl basket, cutting knives, the ring bearer pillow, and other items used during the event. I also create centerpieces and floral arrangements for ceremonies and other special events. Prices vary based on style.
